All sales of Products from this site are final, and you shall not be entitled to any refunds or credits whatsoever. We shall take reasonable precautions to ensure that your order has been properly processed and that the appropriate type and number of Products is delivered to you. However, delivery of the Products to you shall be deemed effective upon our delivery of your order to the shipping company (i.e., UPS, or FedEx, as the case may be) and we shall not thereafter be responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced Products.
All Group Tickets purchased from this site are sold on the following express conditions: (A) GROUP TICKETS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED AND/OR SOLD BY YOU ONLY AT THE BUSINESS ADDRESS LISTED ON YOUR ORDER; (B) YOU MAY ADD NO MORE THAN FIFTY CENTS ($.50) PER TICKET TO THE SALES PRICE OF GROUP TICKETS; IN NO EVENT SHALL YOU SELL ANY GROUPTICKETS FOR MORE THAN SIX DOLLARS ($6.00) PER TICKET; (C) GROUP TICKETS ARE INTENDED FOR SALE TO OR USE BY YOUR EMPLOYEES, MEMBERS OR STUDENTS ONLY; AND (D) IN NO EVENT SHALL GROUPTICKETS BE SOLD OR RESOLD TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. You may use Group Tickets as an incentive with respect to your employees, members or students, but not in connection with any promotions or programs open to your customers or vendors, or to the general public, without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to approve any and all advertising or promotional materials used by you in connection with the issuance and distribution of Group Tickets.
All Gift Certificates or Gift Book coupons should be presented at the theatre box office for admission tickets or at the theatre concession stands for concession purchases. Our Gift Certificate program is subject to change without notice.
